“Deep purplish-garnet in color with sweet berry jam, caramelized toast and oak aromas. Yum! Especially nice, in light of the challenging 2011 harvest. Dark, berry flavors permeate in this delicious Cab blend. Fully ripe, dense and rich, with a plush mouthfeel. Flavors persist in the silky and concentrated finish. The texture is quite nice with mouthcoating, moderate tannins all without being too dry. An overall delicious impression of a true one-of-a-kind proprietary blend to be enjoyed with a wide variety of robust foods.”
