The All Great Things “Freedom” is a dark garnet color with a very complex layered nose. Aromas remind me of fine leather, vanilla, berry compote and black cherries. This wine is silky and plush across the palate and makes me want to order filet mignon! The flavor profile is dynamic and interesting, leading you to want more as it opens up. This is a big, dense wine yet has a softness to it making it quite approachable and delicious already. Tannins are mild yet offer structure for additional ageability. Enjoy!”
